About Natasha

Meet Natasha !! She is a very high energy puppy so please read her full post before reaching out. Natasha is an approx 10 week old female and currently weights 7 pounds. She will be spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines as part of her adoption. She is supposed to be a black lab but we have doubts that she's full lab. (The person we got her from said the breeder wouldn't allow her to see the parents) She's very small and came to us skinny and infested with fleas. She's already gained 2 pounds in just a week. This sweet girl just loves everyone and everything. Extremely outgoing and has no fear. She is all about living her best life. She is extremely spunky! She loves water, toys, playing, anything active and she's all for it. She loves dogs of all sizes and loves to play. She has no fear of giant dogs. She does take correction well from other dogs but is persistent with her attempts to play which could annoy non playful dogs. We are unsure how she would do with cats. She recently met two kids and did great with them. A fun and playful kid or dog in the home would help keep her exercised and happy. Natasha is doing great with crate training and sleeps in the crate overnight. She's had no potty accidents in the crate. She will scream when she needs to go out but otherwise isn't to loud. She gets a little car sick on longer car rides still. She thinks the leash is a tug o war game currently so she will need some work on that. For her age she's doing really well with potty training. She does best when she's crated if you aren't watching her and taken out frequently. She's still in the puppy chewing stage and will go after power cords or anything that's not puppy proofed. Natasha has had no trouble sharing food, treats or toys with other dogs or humans. She loves chew bones and toys and playing with her doggie or human friends. She also loves being outside. She is always up for going on an adventure with you. She is not at all shy and will go anywhere, do anything and jump into the arms of anyone willing to show her some attention. She is wide open and wild a lot of the time. She is smart, learns quickly and listens fairly well but has a ton of energy. She is NOT A LAP DOG. She needs a family that understands she will need to be exercised daily and given both physical and mental exercise to be happy. She needs a fenced in yard. She runs laps and laps and then some more laps around the yard several times a day. She does have a cuddly and snuggly side but it's after all that energy has been managed. Overall this girl is amazing but only for a high energy family ready to put in the effort to train a puppy. She is full of life and ready for fun and adventure.
