Meet Duke - A Sweet, Loyal Weimaraner Looking for His Forever Home Duke is a 3-year-old male Weimaraner with a heart full of love and a strong desire to be close to his people - a true Velcro dog. He walks beautifully on a leash and loves nothing more than being part of the family. Duke is great with other dogs and even cats, and thrives in a home where he won't be left alone for long stretches. Unfortunately, his previous owners overused the crate, so he's still learning to feel secure when crated for extended periods. He is gentle, loyal, and affectionate - the kind of dog who just wants to be near you and loved. Duke will do best with someone who is home often or can offer a structured, stable environment with plenty of companionship. He's currently dealing with some allergy-related skin issues and may need ongoing care or a vet check to get him fully comfortable again - but his spirit is bright and he's so ready to bond with the right person or family.
