Chow is a ball of joy, he is loyal, thinks he is a lap dog. Not your typical chow LOL friendly. He does come from a home that was not as loving to him. So we rescued him. We have allergies in the home so we cannot keep him. Trust me, we tried. We are looking for a family or individual who will love Chow like we do!
