REASON FOR EUTHANASIA: Reason for euthanasia: Behavioral decline or behavior concerns in the shelter. We are unable to supply him with the resources he needs and keeping him in shelter is inhumane. He should be adopted or rescued by the end of the day 07/27/25!!
