Hi I'm Charlie! I'm a 5-year-old male poodle. I am a Tijuana Street survivor, lived in the streets all my life until a miracle happened. I was rescued and that was the day I received my first bath and grooming. I felt much better after that. I'm a lot cuter and fluffier now. Despite living in the streets, I love kids so much and get along with other friendly pups and all people!! I'm currently still in Tijuana.
