Tobias is 10lbs of nothing but love. This darling 7 year old shih-poo is the ultimate lap dog whose gentle spirit also has a playful side too. Tobias has doggy dry eye as his eyes do not produce tears and consequently he has a daily eye drop but he is extremely good about having the does put in and sits with a patient cooperation that melts your heart. Tobias has gentlemanly manners and never pushes for attention - he merely approaches, looks up at you and waits for you to be ready to engage with him. He is an absolutely charming little man!
