About Nala

Nala is an incredibly intelligent dog. She LOVES to play fetch; she will play till your arm falls off. If you've always wanted a dog to play fetch, she is for you! However, she has a balanced temperament and is easily an indoor, relaxed dog too. Best of both worlds in my opinion. She sleeps with her tongue out and it's the cutest thing. She is weary of strangers but does not bite to our knowledge; she will bark but that's all we've seen her do. She knows simple commands such as sit, wait, go potty, out, down, off, where's your ball, go find your ball, where is it (she will search till she finds it). She loves to cuddle and is incredibly loyal. We love her, we just don't have the capacity to give her the life she deserves right now. You will easily fall in love with her! Nala loves fetch, to eat ice cubes, and cuddle. She was the runt of her pack so she is protective over food with other dogs but good with us. We typically tell her to wait and then command her to eat when it's ready. Medical History: she had two kidneys stones (at the same time) in 2020. She had surgery to remove them and has been healthy ever since. She is on a particular food to keep her from getting ear infections (typical allergens for this breed) so if she stays on the same food that should not be a problem. The only reason I am posting an adoption fee is because I want somebody who is committed to taking care of her, and I believe willing to make a payment shows that commitment because I don't want her to have to be rehomed to a second time.
