Have had Tilly since 8weeks old. She is now 8YO. First three years she was best friends with a cat, then suddenly became aggressive. Was relatively easy to separate them into different parts of the house. Has always gotten along with all other dogs, was raised around big and little ones. Never shows any aggression towards them. Two months ago, one of the dogs who was raised with her early on, (11YO female terrier) came to live with us permanently. All was fine until about two weeks ago, when Tilly started randomly attacking the other terrier who does not return the aggression at all. Unfortunately, there is no way I can have them both in the house and separated all the time. Think it is best if we find Tilly a home w/o dogs or cats. She is super great around people, zero aggression towards them, maybe a bit timid, but that's it. Loves to play fetch, go on walks, has plenty of energy that this 70YO is no longer able to keep up with. It's killing me to accept that I have to find her a better home than I am able to provide for her, but she deserves to have fun in a situation where she isn't being corrected for bad behaviour towards her housemates. Super trainable and super food motivated.
