About Dexter

**ADOPTION PENDING** Dexter is a sweet, snuggly 5 year old boy who's still learning to trust people, but once he warms up, he absolutely loves to cuddle. He's especially happy spending time with his foster sister and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to help show him the ropes. Dexter is doing great with his potty training and is already crate trained-he even prefers to sleep in his own cozy bed! While he's not leash trained just yet, he'll need a home with a secure, fenced-in yard where he can safely explore at his own pace. Because Dexter is still working on building confidence, he'll do best with someone who is home often and can give him the time, patience, and love he needs to continue to blossom.
