Nova is available with a Behavior Disclosure Waiver. Reason for Euthanasia: Behavioral decline in shelter including demonstrating stress-related behaviors in kennel. High levels of FAS (fear anxiety stress) We are unable to supply Nova with the resources she needs and keeping her in shelter is inhumane.
