Ceasar was relinquished by his family because he has a testicular infection and his family couldn't afford veterinary care. He is now neutered which solved the problem; and he also had 13 rotted teeth removed. He also has a history of seizures. He seems to enjoy interactions with other dogs and all people. He's slow and stiff with arthritis, but gets around just fine! In fact, he seems to love going on walks, and really enjoys treats. He just loves to be pet and is snuggly. Ceasar is well-behaved in the car. Ceasar is a now a healthy senior, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm tested and on prevention, and microchipped.
