Meet Chula - A Gentle Husky With a Big Heart Hi there, My name is Chula, and I'm an 8-year-old Husky looking for a calm, loving forever home. I was rescued by a wonderful family who helped me get back on my paws, and now I'm ready to meet you. I may not come with fancy papers, but I make up for it with my gentle spirit and loving nature. I'm deaf, but don't let that fool you - I'm incredibly well-behaved and in tune with the world in my own special way. Here's what you should know about me: I'm housebroken and kennel trained - a total pro at home life. Current on all vaccinations and healthy for my age. I have a very chill personality (especially for a Husky!) - I'm calm, sweet, and easy to be around. I don't howl, but I 'talk' in happy little sounds when I get excited - especially for treats, meals, or when my favorite person comes home. I'm great with children and other dogs. I haven't met any cats yet, so we're not sure how I'd feel about them. I love lounging nearby and will be your quiet, comforting shadow. I'm looking for a family or individual who'll love a senior girl with lots of heart. I don't need long hikes or constant activity - just some love, a few snacks, and a soft place to nap.
