East Valley Shelter has a 5 years old American Bully in medical, 'Canela' #A2207765!!! Canela is in need of adoption. She's been on our medical alert list since 07/08/25!! Medical notes: She has some patchy areas of hair loss and papular eruptions (bumps, often resembling pimples, can be red and itchy) on her abdomen and ear infection in both ears. Meet Canela!! A Sweet Soul in Need of a Second Chance! Canela is a 5-year-old female American Bully who is looking for a loving home. Sadly, her previous owner never came to claim her, and now she's waiting patiently for someone to show her the kindness she deserves. Despite everything she's been through, Canela remains a friendly and gentle dog. During her time in the shelter, she has shown how easygoing she is on walks - she leashes up without fuss, walks politely by your side, and does her business as soon as she's outside. She's easy to manage on leash and happily returns to her kennel after her outings. Canela does have some medical needs that will require attention, but with the right care, she has so much love and loyalty to offer in return. She's ready for a fresh start with someone who will see the sweetness in her and give her the chance she's been waiting for.
