Mallie just turned 3 on April 3rd. This sweet girl is being surrendered by her breeder after experiencing two false pregnancies, and she's now looking for a loving home where she can simply be cherished for who she is-not for what she can produce. She is currently still at the breeder's due to space limitations. Mallie will soon transition to a foster home in South Bend, where she'll be spayed on August 5th and receive all her vetting: vaccines, heartworm test, and microchip. Once she's ready, her adoption will take place in Crown Point. Mallie weighs around 65-70 pounds and will benefit from a low-calorie diet to help her reach a healthier weight. When we first met her, she ran straight to our car to greet us, tail wagging and heart wide open. Her calm, gentle nature makes her a perfect companion for a peaceful household. The photos you see were taken at the breeder's and don't quite capture her charm-Mallie is even more beautiful in person. She's ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter filled with love.
