Meet Dot - Your New Best Friend! Located in Salem, Oregon Hi, I'm Dot, a 6-month-old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! I am 24 pounds of pure sweetness and joy, and I'm on the lookout for my forever family. Could that be you? I'm a friendly, affectionate girl who loves people-grownups, kids, everyone! If you've got a lap or a spot next to you on the couch, I'll happily fill it. I'm a cuddle champion, a sun-bathing enthusiast, and I'm always down for a walk, a car ride, or a tasty treat (okay, especially the treats). I've already learned some cool tricks like sit, lay down, roll over, high five, wave, and hit it-I'm even working on spin and dance (wait 'til you see my moves!). I'm smart, eager to learn, and motivated by snacks and praise. When it comes to making friends, I'm doing great with other dogs and I've been polite and calm around bikes, strollers, and even cats on walks. I'm still a puppy, so I'm working on my potty training, but I'm getting the hang of it quickly with regular reminders. I'm also well-behaved in a crate if you need me to rest or relax for a bit. But what I really want is a home filled with love, cuddles, and people who let me be close-like, sleep-in-your-bed close.
