At 2.5 years old and 14.2 pounds, this adorable Mini Schnauzer mix is the perfect size for snuggling-and snuggling is one of her favorite things to do! With her wagging tail, bright eyes, and bouncy energy, Bailey greets everyone like a long-lost friend and has never met a stranger she didn't adore. She's equally happy going on walks or cuddling up beside you on the couch, and she'll gladly follow you around the house as your cheerful little shadow. Whether you're cooking, cleaning, or just relaxing, Bailey loves to be part of it all. She enjoys playing with toys, romping with other dogs, and even gets along well with cats and children, making her a wonderful companion for just about any home. Bailey is fully housetrained, crate trained, and sleeps peacefully in her crate at night. She knows how to sit and has a playful side, especially when it comes to chasing a ball-though bringing it back isn't always guaranteed! She walks well on a leash and rides great in the car, though she does get a burst of excitement if she spots a squirrel, rabbit, or bird. Her prey drive means a home without small livestock like chickens would be best. One of the many great things about Bailey is how low-maintenance she is for a small dog. She's not overly vocal, she doesn't shed, and she has a gentle, easy going temperament. She does require regular grooming-about every 6 to 8 weeks-but in return, you'll have a stunning, silky pup who turns heads wherever she goes. Bailey would thrive in a home with someone who's happy to continue basic training, offer her lots of love and companionship, and provide a safe space to explore. She'd do well with or without other pets, in a household with kids or adults, and while a fenced yard is a plus, it's not a deal breaker for this adaptable little girl.
