Puppy is one of five that desperately need care. The person who has them has contributed to the problem not a solution. The mother of the pups is violent towards them and doesn't let them near her owner. Owner believed he was going to sell them for $1000 each obviously misinformed. Owner is not doing anything to find homes or fix situation. Roommate said he will just dump them at the pound. I'm furious with him and will not continue a friendship with him sure to this lack of concern for these babies. Please help!!
