Anchor is the sweetest boy! He just wants someone to give him hugs and snuggles. He's good w/other dogs, but a bit indifferent. He's maybe 3 years old and about 60lbs? He was dumped in a river bed w/2 other dogs in central Ca and rescued, but has been sitting in an outside kennel for months now waiting for someone to adopt him. He would LoVE a foster home if not an adoptive home. He is in central CA, but transport can be arranged!
