About Solveig

About one year ago my parents moved across the country and left me to take care of their remaining 2 redbone hounds. Due to my increasingly busy life I no longer have the means to take care of them, and haven't for a long time. Their failure to rehome the dogs themselves has lead me here. Solveig is a pretty timid and anxious dog, but she has so much love to give. She was used for bear hunting in the past, but due to her anxiety she never really excelled at it. I think she would make a very good family dog once she opens up more. Though it's important to note she has lived outside for most of her life. She will definitely need some patience. I'm also rehoming her mother, Shine. Though they are not bonded and can be separated.
