About Onyx

Hi my name is Onyx . I'm a little over 2 years old and I'm spoiled rotten. I absolutely love cuddling and laying in bed watching TV . I love to play with a tennis ball but I only like to bounce it myself. I'm very protective over small animals and children. My owner recently taught me how to be nice to cats but if they run I try to catch them. I've been around other baby animals and I take care of them like they are mine. I love to ride shotgun or in a lap. Yep I'm still a baby at heart. My owner thinks I could be a good hunter cause I'm always sniffing out things by the woods but she isn't a hunter so there goes my fun. lol I bark when I hear noises and it takes me just a few minutes to get to know someone after I bark a few times. I like to stare at you while you eat and give you puppy eyes. It usually works for her and I am very easy. Sometimes I'm good at catching I guess it all depends on who's around and if I wanna be shy or not. I'm kennel trained but I love blankets, they so comfy. Oh I'm also a lady's Man. lol. My owner seems to think I might be allergic to fleas or grass. It's something because now I have a few patches of hair missing on my body, she's been giving me allergy meds and gut health treats they seem to be working slowly. My owner can't take care of me anymore or my brother that's in the picture. She gets real anxious and has back problems and she doesn't want anything to happen to us if something happens to her so she is trying to find us good homes. I'm gonna need a tall fenced in area so I can run and play and sun bathe. I also love the snow. It's so much fun to play in until my paws gets to cold. Oh and also I am not gonna volunteer taking baths but I don't mind a nice warm shower and massage while I'm in there. I know basic commands and I know what NO means too but I'm still gonna try and give puppy dog eyes to get my way. And wherever my owner sits or lays I'm right there beside her. I would love a good home where I can learn new things and get out and do more things. Thank you in advance.
