About Rocky

Rocky is a great little guy. He was traveling with his owners over the 4th of July and got lost. His owners couldn't find him so they returned home the next day, and decided to surrender him to our shelter. Rocky is 7 years old and 45 lbs. We were told boxer but we believe he is a puggle. Hes a nice boy that walks well on the leash and is housetrained. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. we do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer.
