About Copper

Copper is a sweet and energetic, good boy that is looking for a backyard and walking buddy! Silly, eager to please, and affectionate, Copper would make a great companion for someone that loves the outdoors and daily hugs. He knows how to sit, come, stay, lay down, loves to sleep in his crate, and likes to look for hidden treats around the yard and the house! Copper has always been gentle with children (he's used to living with an 8 yr old and a 2 yr old), but would do best in a home with kiddos that are older than 7- he's big and clumsy, and prefers to not share his bones. He gets along with other large and friendly dogs and is always a favorite at doggy daycare! The family is moving from a large home and backyard to an apartment, and would like a more suitable lifestyle for him. He loves to go camping, swimming at the lake, and helps on trips to the hardware store!
