Have your treats ready! Pippa isn't going to let just anyone pet her. It took a hot minute for Pippa to acquiesce and let us give her the love and comfort she so desperately wants, but is sometimes afraid to take. Once Pippa knew we had treats and just wanted to be her friend, she gave in. But she will definitely need someone who is willing to go at her pace. Pippa will need time to acclimate to a new family and may never be the dog who hangs out at sidewalk cafes, but who wants to be outside in this heat anyway? Pippa is looking for a loving, patient FOREVER home.
