Meet Corona (aka Rona) - A Loyal, Energetic Boy Looking for a Fresh Start Corona, affectionately known as 'Rona,' is a beautiful soul with a big heart, a goofy spirit, and tons of energy. He's about 5 years old, neutered, house trained, and has always been in good health. While he hasn't had a recent vet visit, he's been under the care of a trusted vet and has had no major health concerns. Corona was deeply bonded to his late owner, who used to run with him every single day for over an hour. That was their special time, and Rona truly thrived on that consistent routine and connection. Since losing his person, he hasn't had the same outlet-and it shows. He's full of energy and would thrive with someone active who can help him feel that purpose again, whether it's running, hiking, or adventuring. He's a goofy, lovable boy who makes everyone laugh-he'll run into doors or fall over from pure excitement. He knows how to sit and shake, and loves being praised. He's also a picky eater: beef is his favorite, but don't bother offering fruits or veggies-he's not a fan! For the past two years, Rona has been the only dog in the home, and he prefers it that way. He's not dog-friendly and lately has become increasingly reactive around young children. With a baby on the way and young kids in the home, his current owner can no longer ensure everyone's safety. It's a heartbreaking decision, but she knows he deserves a home where his needs can be fully met. Rona is looking for a pet-free, adult or older-child household (kids 7+). He does best with calm structure and people who understand his breed mix-possibly German Shepherd and Husky. He's incredibly affectionate, loves giving and receiving love, and is craving someone to bond with again. He just wants consistency, attention, and the chance to be someone's adventure buddy.
