I was returned after a few months because the older dog and I got in some altercations. I'm still just a pup and I'm full of love, wiggly energy, and a big heart that just wants to be someone's best friend. I get a little jumpy and excited at first (I can't help it, I'm so happy to see people!), but I've been learning to calm down, wait for treats, and sit like a good boy. I picked it up fast-I'm smart and eager to please! I love toys, I love pets, and I love being close. I'll lean into your legs just to feel your touch. I get playful and bouncy, but with gentle guidance, I settle right down. I'm affectionate, sweet, and still learning the world. Due to the occurrence in prior home the shelter suggested that I'm best as a only dog. BUT I am 1 yrs old and sadly shelter is trusting the public intake words I might be ok in time with other dogs.
