About Sparky has till 7/22

He is social with other dogs in playgroup but doesn't play (he does try to mount dogs but stops when he is told. Sadly he has been in and out of the shelter system since he was less than 1 year old. All the notes from volunteers say he is friendly with people & other dogs. He is understandably stressed by being at the shelter after being failed by humans so many times.
