About Leopold

You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions. Meet Leopold Nice to meet you, I'm Leopold! I'm a boy who is about 9-10 months old and I weigh 65lbs. I'm quite the unique blend - I have blue eyes, a white blaze, a tan body, a well-defined ridge on my back, a blue merle mouth, and red merle legs. The shelter's best guess is a ridgeback/catahoula blend of sorts - what do you think I am? Well, I'll tell you what I think I am: a catch! I'm a friendly, outgoing fella who does not know the word 'shy.' I'm young, active, intelligent, and social. I meet new people and new dogs with zest. If the other dog is playful and rowdy like me, we tend to get along, but I can be a bit too much for senior or lower energy dogs. I can focus well for a pup, when given direction. I'd love an active home for a young teen like myself, so I can go on adventures! I am fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. I am $175 to bring home!
