Medical Alert: 1) Appears to be intact female with recent history of C-section - R/O recently spayed 2) Broken, embedded nylon skin sutures on ventral abd scar 3) Foxtail partially embedded in ventral abd skin fold 4) Obese 5) Fractured, dead incisor 6) Marked conjunctivitis OU, no ulceration with staining 7) Mild otitis signs 8) Moderate to severe dermatitis x 4 paws 9) Dermatitis around neck 10) Deep tail fold surrounding entire tail bone with severe dermatitis and pyoderma Adopter should be warned about pt's skin allergy signs and secondary skin, ear, paw, tail fold, and eye infections. Consistent with breed, these issues are chronic, recurrent. Adopter will need to work closely with their vet to manage these issues throughout pt's life. Also work with vet on weight loss. Playgroup Assessment: Rough Rowdy, Social, appropriate greetings, likes to bite at other dogs leashes.
