About Yukon

This handsome guy is a smart, loving husky who's ready for his next chapter. He was well socialized as a puppy, completed training classes early on, and loves playing with other dogs-he's always a hit at doggy daycare! He's energetic but has mellowed with age. He enjoys outdoor time, but also loves relaxing with the family in the evenings. He's house-trained and respects boundaries (he stays off rugs and furniture). Like most huskies, he's got a little stubborn streak, but he responds well to consistency and routine. He's been gentle and docile around our kids, though our son has always been a bit intimidated by his size. With the recent addition of a baby, we've come to the difficult realization that we can't give him the time and attention he truly deserves. He would thrive with a fenced yard and a family who understands northern breeds. Bonus if there's a confident child or playful dog sibling to be his new best friend!
