Meet KELSEY! KELSEY is a lovey! She is a grateful, sweet, lovable pitty girl mix about 3 years old, 45 lbs. KELSEY is potty trained and does fine in a crate, too! She loves all people...kids included! She is happy to play but is happy to chill out and snuggle, too! KELSEY will never be able to tell us all the details of her rough past...but she communicates her appreciation for being safe and cared for with endless hugs and kisses!
