The shelter describes Kuma as 'A Gentle Soul Looking for Love.' They further said, 'Kuma is a sweet boy who's still learning to trust the world around him. Though his body may seem tense and he approaches with caution, Kuma is quiet and observant, with soft neutral ears and expressive whale eyes that speak volumes. He may pant from nerves, but with a calm and patient handler, Kuma begins to open up. He's looking for a kind, understanding home where he can feel safe and loved at his own pace.' Kuma is said to be 3 years young, approximately 80 lbs, already neutered, and spent time both indoors and outdoors. On walks, he is said to do well and is NOT destructive at home. Placement is needed asap as the shelter is expected to issue his final warning on 7/9 or he may be euthanized in the next 72 hours if no one comes.
