About Meeka

Meeka is a 2 year old female black lab mix looking for a perfect home. This active girl is smarter than most folks I know and shes going to need smart parents . Shes around 50lbs and is a petite girl with her back only coming up to my knees, shes definitely not huge. Shes very treat motivated and needs to keep her mind active or she starts looking for other things to get into . She can clear any fence and this is her biggest flaw. Shes also managed to learn how to open a few doors LOL. When I say she's smart , she outsmarts me daily LOL. Meeka can go home with her heavy duty escape proof crate because you guessed it, she would houdini herself out of anything else . Shes done very well with a number of animals here from dogs of all sizes to cats as well and while she does need to be told to chill out at times, shes otherwise good with them. Prior to us she lived life outside, chained in a pen with minimal care or attention. Now she's learning to be an indoor dog and she's doing fairly well with all that as well! Shes looking for the best family ever. Her adoption fee is waived to that family. At this time Meeka is being fostered in Cosby Tennessee ��Ң We do welcome out of state adoptions ��ե
