Independent and a little aloof at first, Katie takes her time getting to know new people-but when she loves you, she really loves you. She's loyal to her people and very affectionate, loving to give you kisses. Katie has great leash manners and likes her walks slow with lots of sniffs. She loves splashing in the water, playing with toys and has the cutest zoomies. After all that activity, she loves to take a nap - after all, a queen needs her beauty rest. She's not high-maintenance, just needs a little understanding and a laid-back lifestyle. Katie prefers a calm, adult-only home where she can relax and build her trust with you. She is dog friendly with slow and proper introductions with dogs similar in size with mellow energy who give her space and respect her boundaries. Katie is house and crate trained. With a patient, experienced person who gets her, Katie is an absolute gem.
