DOUG is a male about 2 yrs old and weighs 28lbs. Arrived at the shelter on 6/28/25 as a Stray. MEDICAL ALERT: 1) Left forelimb radial nerve injury - largely carrying limb, no wounds or self-inflicted trauma to left front paw - does not overtly appear painful. 2) FAS (fear anxiety stress) 3) FAD 4) Mild dental calculus 5) Congenitally abnormal thoracic vertebrae Requires follow up with vet about abnormal Left front limb, congenital spinal abnormality and FAD.
