URGENT FOSTER NEEDED (Foster-to-Adopt Option Available!) Sweet Tea is ready to heal with your help! Sweet Tea is as sweet as his name-an incredibly affectionate, gentle, and loving young boy who has been through more than any cat should at just 19 months old. He loves people and truly thrives on affection. His story: Sweet Tea was found in NYC with both hips fractured and a broken leg, likely after being hit by a car. He was in critical condition and days away from euthanasia at a city shelter. Thankfully, Rescue Ridge stepped in just in time and placed him in a loving foster home where he underwent surgery and began his recovery. Now that his surgeries are behind him, Sweet Tea just needs time to rebuild his strength and continue healing. While not required, a foster with experience in post-op care or a background in physical rehab or recovery would be ideal, as he would truly benefit from someone familiar with strength-building and supportive healing. We are actively seeking a foster or foster-to-adopt home who can give Sweet Tea the next step in his recovery-a peaceful, supportive environment where he can continue regaining strength and confidence.
