About SKIP

Skip is a 5 yo Schnauzer. 23 pounds. He may be purebred, we don't know. He is a funny, friendly lovable guy. He has undergone treatment for heartworm and is microfilaria negative, meaning there is no remaining active disease but his full heartworm test has not shown negative as yet. There is no further treatment to be done, just retesting. Otherwise he is healthy and active, crate and potty trained. Loves other dogs. Has the typical Schnauzer bossiness and will keep you laughing!!! He will be coming to Massachusetts. He can join his new home any time now but the final adoption paperwork cannot be completed until he does test negative. Until then, he will be a 'foster to adopt' but fully living with his forever home, just not on paper just yet. Thank you for choosing rescue.
