About Tom

Meet TOM the terrier but he is not a terror. TOM is actually a very well behaved and good boy. He obeys right away, crate and potty trained. I have not left him alone loose in my home while I am out so I am not sure if he can be trusted or not. But he is so good, he is not destructive and does not get into anything he is not supposed to. TOM was found in a field in a rural county with a very small female chihuahua. They were thrown away in the field in a crate filled with clothes and a bag of food near by. Now we, rescue always wonder what is wrong wtih the dog when they are discarded like that but nothing was wrong with either one of them. TOM is healthy and happy. He walks very well on a leash without pulling and he rides in the car without getting sick. He would make a great companion to someone who needs a friend as he likes to cuddle and just hang out with you although he is independent and not a velcro dog. TOM is medium-small as he only weighs 20 pounds and he is 2 years old. We have him as a Norfolk Terrier and Wire Haired Terrier. More pictures are available.
