Introducing Galahad, Sir Galahad to be exact. This handsome youngster is the epitome of his namesake, pure, noble and selfless. A chivalrous young man. Born on or about April 14, 2025, this dear boy and his three siblings became my wards on May 13, 2025. Fondly known as the Richard Bland Freshman Four Pack, Galahad, brothers Nicodemus and Thaddeus and sister Maeve, were found by a group of Freshman girls attending Richard Bland College. Unable to locate the mother cat the young ladies reached out on Facebook requesting assistance. Another rescuer reached out to me and I agreed to make the four pack my wards. Approximately four weeks old upon their arrival, round the clock bottlefeeding was a necessity. As they began packing in the ounces their personalities shone through. Sister Maeve the only girl, became the bossy big sister to all of the boys. She and Galahad battled to see who could pack on the ounces fastest and become the biggest kitten mitten. Galahad is now the biggest of his crew weighing in at just under 3 pounds. A biscuit maker supreme, this dapper gent is a snuggler and cuddler who has a typical playful kitten streak-batting jingle balls, tossing mice, wand pummeling, spring chasing and condo climbing. He is not only smitten with his siblings but has also befriended my personal kitties, the other rescue kitties and my doggies. He would be tickled to be adopted as a pair with one of his siblings to begin his/their new quests with a human/humans to call his/their very own. If interested in becoming this great little guy's bestest buddy please feel free to reach out to me. I do when possible like to receive a vet reference for potential adopters. Galahad is scheduled to be fully vetted: neutered, rabies and distemper vaccinated, combo tested and microchipped on July 16, 2025. He has previously been dewormed and treated for fleas.
