DESPERATE PLEA FOR KING! THIS BOY HAS ENDURED ENOUGH! Please stop scrolling. This is King and he needs you now more than ever. King just turned 2 years old on May 23, but his short life has been filled with cruelty no animal should ever know. He was raised from 8 weeks old in a home where, when the husband left, the wife brutally abused him, hitting him with brooms, terrifying him, breaking the trust only love could restore. When the family moved, they left him behind. Threw him away like he didn't matter. He was found 2-3 weeks later, alone, starving, collapsed. So weak he could barely stand. But somehow he survived. Somehow he still loves. Somehow he's still gentle, forgiving, funny, sweet, and kind. This is a dog that should be broken but instead, he's a miracle. His trainer says he's the perfect dog. Housebroken. Leash trained (no pulling!). Neutered. Microchipped. Vaccinated & Dewormed. Great with kids and other dogs. Not good with cats. He's goofy, chill, affectionate, and just wants to be with you whether you're hiking a trail or curled up watching TV. He's cautious at first (can you blame him?), but after just a few minutes of approaching you on his own terms, he melts right into your heart. King is a German Shepherd mix with the soul of a warrior and the heart of a child. But right now, he's running out of time. He has nowhere to go. Please foster, adopt, share.
