Medical Notes: Nice owner-surrendered lab retriever. History of seizures. The dog has been on phenobarbital 64.8 mg. Bloodwork provided from private vet, done on April 10, 2025, was normal. The phenobarbital level done on April 11, 2025, was normal. Bile acid test on April 11, 2025, was normal. Last seizure was 6-7 months ago.
