About Hope

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this. This is a very difficult situation for me, and it breaks my heart to even write this, but I have to make a choice that's in the best interest of my girl, Hope. I'm preparing for a move and unfortunately, I can only bring one of my two dogs with me. After much thought and with a heavy heart, I've made the painful decision to find a loving home for Hope where she can be happy and cared for, especially during her senior years. I rescued Hope from the Weber County Animal Shelter back in 2014 when she was just 7 months old, and she's been by my side ever since. She's such a sweet, well-rounded girl, gentle with people and great with kids. She doesn't get along with cats, and if introduced to another dog, it's best to monitor them to see how they do together. She's lived peacefully with my male dog, but they've been together since he was just a pup. Hope has some arthritis in her back legs, which can make her a bit stiff, but when she was on Wuffes Advanced Hip & Joint Supplement, she moved around much better. She still enjoys playtime and is full of affection, truly a loving and loyal companion. Letting her go is one of the hardest things I've ever had to face. She's been such a big part of my life, but I know she deserves stability and care that I won't be able to provide in the near future. I truly don't want to take her to a shelter, it would crush her spirit, so I'm hoping to find someone kind-hearted who can give her a peaceful, comfortable home where she'll feel safe and loved.
