About Trapper

Trapper is a young terrier mix who's learning to trust the world again, one brave step at a time. When he first arrived in rescue, he was shy and uncertain, but thanks to the love and patience of his foster family, he's made huge strides and is coming out of his shell more every day. This sweet boy is potty pad trained and just had a big milestone, he went potty outside for the first time! He's also sleeping soundly through the night in his crate and hasn't had any accidents in the house. Trapper loves to perch by the window and people watch like it's his favorite show. He gets along well with other dogs and lives for toys! But fair warning: he's not a fan of sharing his treasures. Trapper is a 'pick a person' kind of pup, once he chooses you, he's all in. He's still getting used to the leash but making progress every day. Trapper still has a ways to go, but if you're willing to guide him as he grows in confidence, he'll reward you with loyalty, love, and a whole lot of heart.
