THE RIVERSIDE SHELTER IS BEYOND FULL AND EUTHANIZING EVEN ADOPTABLE DOGS AT AN ALARMING RATE- AND WE DO NOT WANT THIS SWEET GIRL TO BECOME ANOTHER STATISTIC LIKE THE OTHERS! BEAUTIFUL, SOCIAL GIRL LISTED AS A CHOW/SHEPHERD X AND LOOKING NOTHING LIKE A CHOW, SHE IS BEING TOTALLY OVERLOOKED. BRIE' IS AVAILABLE TO ADOPT TO A LOVING, RESPONSIBLE HOME, OR TO RESCUE, ALTHOUGH RESCUE GROUPS WOULD NEED A FOSTER TO SAVE! DOG FRIENDLY Meet BRIE who is listed as a 10 MONTH female chow shepherd mix who weighs only 36 lbs and is perfectly sized. While she does have some black pigment on her tongue, she resembles a jindo mix more than a chow. Her brindle tiger coloring is both unique and striking. The sheller tells us, 'She is social with staff. She has 2 kennelmates currently #a1864126 & #a1864129. No negative medical or behavior notes at this time. She is not deadline at this time but please know we have over 1100 dogs in our care.' Unfortunately, because the shelter is so full, she sadly can be euthanized for space now that she has met her legal retention.
