This precious boy is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered at 6 months of age through Simi Valley Spay Neuter Clinic-fully covered by Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue. He's currently living it up with his loving foster family in the High Desert, where he's getting all the snuggles, socialization, and toy time a pup could want. Winston is ready for adoption now, and meet-and-greets are already underway.
