This dog came up to me where I have cats, and the fish based cat food might have attracted him. Lee and the cats have managed to work things out. I haven't put him on a leash and somebody called waveland's animal control about the barking. Since my foot injury, I haven't been able to take him back to the ocean. This dog really likes it in the water. I have more pictures. Somebody please help.
