About Macy

Macy is an energetic dog who has been raised as an indoor dog. She sleeps in a crate at night and will go in as soon as you pick up the box of treats. She doesn't get enough exercise in her current home, and therefore is a puller on a leash. She is also so excited that I would worry about her knocking over or scratching a small child. Older children (maybe 4th grade and up?) may be just fine with her. She gets along well with another dog in the house - a big, submissive pit/mastiff mix. She is kept crated during the day, as she tends to chew if left unattended for long periods of time. She's especially fond of shredding paper towels and leashes if left alone or locked in a room by herself for very long. Macy really is a sweet dog, but she needs to be in a home that can give her more exercise than a couple short walks per day.
