Elliot is a playful and loving little dog. Like his brother, he has an adorable little face & teeth that stick out most of the time. He is a sweet and friendly pup who is great with people and gets along well with other dogs. He was found dumped in a wooded area, starving and neglected, but has shown great resiliency since his rescue and is a fantastic little snuggler. Despite his history, he loves people and is a very affectionate boy. He would make a wonderful addition to any family. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.
