About Bluey

Bluetick Coonhound mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Bluey is a 64lb male, bluetick coonhound mix, born 2/1/21. This handsome dude came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of his own. Bluey is enrolled in the 'cell dog' training program where he is working on perfecting basic training, crate training, leash walking and general obedience. He does well with other dogs, and older dog educated children (older due to his size). He is NOT cat friendly. To meet Bluey please FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html Bluey's adoption fee is $300, which includes his neuter, deworming, vaccines (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies), tick illness treatment, cell dog obedience training and microchip with lifetime registration. *Note: please DO NOT apply if you are unsure about adopting a dog. Yes, they are adorable and fun, but they also require a lot of work and full commitment by all family members. Thank you! ***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries. Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion. So, be patient with us and check out our Facebook page for more information and photo updates: facebook.com/trhap2014
