About Rocco

Rocco is a 48lb male, boxer, born 10/22/24. This handsome dude came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of his own. Upon intake, he was found to be deaf, so a family with deaf dog experience or willing to learn how to best work with him would be ideal. Rocco is enrolled in the 'cell dog' training program where he is working on perfecting basic training, crate training, leash walking and general obedience. He does well with other dogs, and older children (older is best due to his energy). He is NOT cat friendly. Yes, they are adorable and fun, but they also require a lot of work and full commitment by all family members.
