Found him last night on the road and rescued him. He was starving and scared so brought him in to my building and later on my floor. Have no space to keep him as I already have 3 cats and one of them was also rescued few months ago. He is very gentle and from his behavior 100% sure someone dumped him. Can't let him go back in the road as we all know the weather situation where he will not survive anymore . Please consider / share this message if anyone can adopt him as he is clearly looking for home . Thanks
